The DI-C series, characterized by a compact design, is ideal for installations in the false ceiling: the only visible part is the supply and return air grilles. The maintenance of these models, which are supplied without a static filter, is really simple: it is sufficient to unscrew a few screws, remove the secondary condensate drain pan with the relative guide to access all the internal parts from the bottom of the evaporating unit. This new series uses, in the small size models (DI-18C and DI-24C), particularly silent and performing fans with static pressures suitable for small centralized systems and, thanks to the insulating casing, the noise level is reduced to a minimum.

Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its warehouse) or replace as soon as possible those parts or products that prove defective, provided that this does not depend on breakages or failures caused by incompetence or negligence of the customer, lack of maintenance, use outside the technical specifications or purposes of use, fortuitous events or major force.

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.

The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer

The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
