Right of Withdrawal

The customer may request the cancellation of the order not yet packed and Elettrodomex Srl will reserve the right to accept the cancellation of the same. The cancellation (in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21 February 2014 published in the Official Gazette) must in any case be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods, even without giving reasons from the customer. Elettrodomex Srl reserves the right not to accept the cancellation itself if the goods had been expressly ordered from its supplier to fulfill the order in question.

1. WHO CAN REQUEST THE WITHDRAWAL?
The right of withdrawal is guaranteed and regulated in accordance with the law by articles 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 2005/206) and applies to customer-consumers (i.e. natural persons who purchase goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, therefore without VAT number indications) who have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.

ATTENTION: customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

2. HOW TO REQUEST WITHDRAWAL
The return of goods to Elettrodomex Srl must be requested and possibly authorized in advance by contacting our offices, explaining the reasons for the request and quoting the invoice and/or transport document (DDT) references.
Before returning the goods, it is necessary to wait for the written authorization and the assignment of an appropriate return number. The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition, sent in the original packaging and sent carriage paid to our San Giuliano Milanese warehouse in via Monferrato 67, quoting the assigned return number on the document. The buyer must arrange for the return of the goods, at his expense, within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return. The refund will take place at the same time as the actual receipt of the goods. The use, even partial, of the purchased good automatically cancels the possibility of returning it.

We remind you that, in the event that the product was purchased by mistake or you choose to return it for another reason, our policies in this regard provide for the reimbursement of only the purchase price of the returned product, excluding shipping costs, incurred to receive the product. In order to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, we also remind you that the product must be returned in conditions of substantial integrity and that the shipping costs for returning the purchased item are charged to the customer (who can of course choose the method of shipping of your choice). If you are unsure of the compatibility of an accessory, for example, please do not damage the control support brackets and do not remove the display films. In order not to damage the original packaging, we advise you to check the compatibility with "flying" contacts and only after you have verified the correct functioning can you proceed with the wall installation and the removal of the films.

IMPORTANT: in the event of a return request for an incorrect, damaged or malfunctioning item, before returning the product to us, it is essential that you send us photos of the same in which the damage detected or the non-compliance with respect to the order is clearly evident. In this way, and only in this case, Elettrodomex Srl could also choose not to request the return of the item, proceeding directly to the full refund (product + shipping costs incurred during the purchase). In the event that you choose to send the defective product anyway without giving prior notification or without waiting for an opinion in this regard, the costs of returning the item will be borne exclusively by the customer.

3. ITEMS NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN
Due to their specific nature, the following are under no circumstances subject to return:

1. Handcrafted, personalized, or custom-made products created according to customer specifications (for example, custom manifolds, delivery plenums, and calming boxes);
2. Products sourced upon specific, express request of the customer (the requested item is not present on the ShopClima.it website).

We therefore invite ShopClima.it customers to carefully check the characteristics of the products before confirming the order, ensuring that they perfectly match their needs.
Returns will not be processed or accepted under any circumstances for the following product types and categories:

- fins, grilles, small motors, panels, circuit boards, fans, and all other items in the "Spare Parts" category;
- supply grilles, linear diffusers, ceiling diffusers, concealed diffusers, return grilles, valves, and accessories in the "Air Diffusion" category;
- calming boxes, plenum kits with grille, plenums, motorized dampers, and kits in the "Galaxy ProAir TecnoSystemi" category;
- flaring tools, manifold gauge sets, digital meters, and all other items in the "Instruments and Tools" category;
- reconditioned AirZone products;
- all items in the "Air Curtains" category;
- all items in the "Chillers and Mini-Chillers" category, within the "Hydronic Systems" section;
- all items in the "Motorized Diffusion" category of the AirZone brand;
- all items in the "Motorized Diffusion" category of the KoolNova Air Control brand;
- all items in the "Rooftop" category, within the "Air Conditioner Outdoor Units" section;
- all items in the "VRF and VRV Systems" category;
- all items in the "Guaranteed Used" category, within the "Outlet" section;
- all direct expansion air-to-air condensing units converted to air-to-water (for these items, order cancellation is not permitted either);
- Panasonic fan coils (for these items, order cancellation is not permitted either).

4. ITEMS SUBJECT TO RETURN WITH A PENALTY / HANDLING FEE
Unlike the products listed above, for which returns are completely excluded, there is a category of items for which returns are allowed exclusively upon payment of an administrative penalty / handling fee, the amount of which varies depending on the individual case.
The application of the fee will apply to the management of returns for the following product types and categories:

- all items in the "Solar Panel and Collector Kits" category, within the "Heating" section;
- all items in the "Dehumidifiers" category, within the "Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (VMC)" section;
- all items in the "Heat Recovery Units" category, within the "Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (VMC)" section, with an airflow rate exceeding 1000 m³/h;
- all items in the "Air Renewal Systems" category, within the "Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (VMC)" section.
