Shipping & Delivery

Shipments, unless specifically requested, will be made by carriers defined by Elettrodomex Srl. All shipments are insured and the goods travel at our risk. In case of theft or loss Elettrodomex Srl therefore undertakes to send a new product.

1. AVAILABILITY
The availability of the products is always indicated on the related detail page in one of the following ways:

1.1 Available for shipment (4/5 working days)
When "Available for shipping" is written in green on the product page, the item is available in our warehouses and will be shipped as soon as payment is received. Below is an example if the order is executed on the 12th of December.
  Availability: Available for shipping - Order now to receive it on December 19th 

1.2 Available for shipment (8/15 working days)
When the delivery date is marked in yellow on the product page, the item is presumably available at our suppliers' warehouses and will be shipped immediately after procurement: usually, barring procurement difficulties and unforeseen events, it takes between 5 and 12 days working days to make the delivery. Below is an example if the order is executed on the 6th of December.
  Order now and receive between December 15th and December 28th 

ATTENTION: some items may have delivery dates with longer intervals (for example 15/20 working days) or even specific dates even after months (when the manufacturers themselves inform us of the impossibility of supplying us with these appliances).

1.3 Not available
When the wording "Not available" appears on the product page, the item has been discontinued and is therefore no longer available (in the case of mono and/or multisplit kits, only one item is required to make the kit no longer available). Below is an example.

2. SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times are usually estimated from 5 to 15 working days, unless otherwise requested or specific agreements or limited availability. In order to estimate delivery times, we recommend in any case to take into account, in addition to availability, also the payment method chosen for the purchase: the orders with the fastest delivery are those with payments made directly online (credit card or PayPal) , while types of deferred payment (bank transfer) can influence the effective date of shipment: in fact, with a bank transfer, the beginning of the days useful for processing the order coincides with the receipt of the payment.

The shipping date indicated refers to the day on which the goods are entrusted to the courier for delivery management. Delivery usually takes place within 2 working days (for most Italian locations). The date indicated in our communications may in any case be subject to temporal variations for organizational and logistical reasons.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs by courier are understood to be free only in the case of shipments to Italy for each order over € 250.00. If the order is less than or equal to this amount, shipping costs will be applied starting from € 8.00 (total, for each single order) calculated automatically based on the volumetric weight of the products. For a precise calculation, please refer to the checkout page (cart), where it is possible to obtain the total amount of shipping costs based on the type and weight of the products ordered.

In the case of shipments abroad of several items that require packaging of more than 2 pallets, the costs estimated in the cart will not correspond to the real amount and, therefore, will be communicated later by one of our operators by mail: in fact, the maximum size managed by the site for the calculation of shipping costs is 2 pallets 120x80 with a maximum height of 180 centimeters.

ATTENTION: in case of shipments to remote and/or disadvantaged locations (including smaller islands and mountain resorts), it may be necessary to apply a higher rate than that communicated in the order phase, even in the case of orders exceeding € 250. In any case, we will promptly contact the customer to communicate the difference and ask for confirmation of order acceptance.

We remind you that free shipments include delivery to street level. If you wish to take advantage of delivery to a different plan, an additional fee of €40.00 will be applied (in the case of pallets, the fee is €80.00).

ATTENTION: for shipments to the United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland (CH) and Norway (NO), the customs fees are to be paid by the buyer.



4. REDELIVERY COSTS
Redelivery costs are foreseen in the event that the courier, after having agreed the delivery date and time with the recipient, should not be able to deliver the goods due to the unavailability of the customer. These expenses will be needed by the courier to finance the additional costs for logistics and for the return to the place of delivery. The redelivery costs, in Europe, have a cost equal to 60% of the shipping price: if, for example, the initial shipping costs amount to € 346, the redelivery costs will be equal to € 208.

Considering that these costs are not budgeted at the time of purchase, ShopClima reserves the right to ask its customers for reimbursement of redelivery costs.

5. SHIPPING METHODS
With ShopClima you can choose the delivery method you prefer. We inform our customers that the courier will carry out the telephone notification service for all shipments that require the delivery of one or more pallets.

5.1 Courier (with delivery to the floor)
This mode provides for a supplement of € 40.00 for the transport of the goods to the desired floor and delivery takes place in about 2 working days, except for remote or disadvantaged locations for which it may take longer.

ATTENTION: this delivery method is only possible if there is a lift at the destination address.

5.2 Courier (with delivery to street level)
This method of shipping is free for amounts exceeding € 250.00 and delivery takes place in about 2 working days, with the exception of remote or disadvantaged locations for which it may take longer. Shipping costs starting from € 8.00 will be applied based on the type and weight of the products ordered for orders that do not exceed the aforementioned figure.

5.3 Pick up in store (Milan)
This collection method is obviously free and takes place at our store in via Friuli 63 in Milan.

5.4 Pick up in store (San Giuliano Milanese)
This collection method is obviously free and takes place at our headquarters in via Monferrato 67 in San Giuliano Milanese.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We inform our customers that all deliveries to the United Kingdom can only be placed with those who have an EORI number.
Thanks to the collaboration with various express courier services, ShopClima carries out international shipments to almost all countries of the European community and non-European countries. For some countries, unfortunately, it is not possible for us to ship goods weighing more than 30 kg. Among these countries we include: Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Russia, Ukraine, UAE and the USA.
