Our qualified and experienced staff has all the necessary equipment for the design and installation of state-of-the-art air conditioning systems. Our technicians are all equipped with a "refrigerator" license, as required by current legislation, and carry out periodic refresher courses directly at the parent companies; therefore they know perfectly all the characteristics of the products in order to be able to provide professional, qualified and guaranteed technical assistance.

We would like to point out that the installation is performed, in the areas we serve (Milan and province), directly by "our employees" in the price list at the bottom. For the remaining areas we make use of a dense network of trusted installers whose details we will provide upon request. The price list for the latter will be provided directly to the interested parties and no responsibility can be attributed to Elettrodomex Srl.

1. RATES FOR NOT PREPARED INSTALLATIONS
The cost for the installation of a monosplit air conditioner up to 3.5 kW, with an indoor unit on the wall or on the floor, with copper refrigerant pipes (1/4" and 3/8") from 1 to 5 meters is €390. The cost for the installation of a 4.2 kW monosplit air conditioner, with an indoor unit on the wall or on the floor, with copper refrigerant pipes (1/4" and 1/2") from 1 to 5 meters is € 440. The cost for the installation of a monosplit air conditioner over 5.0 kW, with indoor wall or floor unit, with copper refrigerant pipes (1/4" and 5/8" or higher) from 1 to 5 meters is € 495 In all cases, € 40 must be added for each additional meter of refrigerant line.

The costs, however, for the installation of multisplit air conditioners are as follows: € 760 for a dualsplit system (with refrigerant lines up to 6 meters overall), € 1000 for a trialsplit system (with refrigerant lines up to 15 meters overall), € 1250 for a quadrisplit system (with refrigerant lines up to a total length of 20 metres), € 1490 for a pentasplit system (with refrigerant lines up to a total length of 25 metres) and € 1780 for a hexasplit system (with refrigerant lines up to a total length of 30 metres) . In all cases, € 40 must be added for each additional meter of refrigerant line.

2. RATES FOR PROVIDED FACILITIES
Before informing you about the costs, it is necessary to make a premise: a system designed to be defined as such must have copper pipes of the suitable diameter and length, the electric connection cable between the internal and external units and the electric power cable of the outdoor unit. That said, the cost for each unit to be installed is €160: for example, if a trialsplit system is to be installed, the total cost is €640, i.e. €480 for the three indoor units plus €160 for the unit external. This rate includes the flushing of the system with nitrogen to eliminate humidity and any residues inside the copper piping which could irreparably damage the compressor.

3. FINAL COSTS
To complete the installation of an air conditioning system, in some cases, it may be necessary to carry out additional interventions. Here are some works with the relative costs:

- external unit power supply line and possible circuit breaker to the electrical panel (€ 100/150);
- installation of the circuit breaker inside the electrical panel (€ 45)
- scaffolding for positioning the outdoor unit at a height of more than 3 meters (price to be defined with a technical inspection);
- installation of the outdoor unit on the roof (price to be defined with a technical inspection);
- construction of the electrical system dedicated only to the air conditioning units (price to be defined with a technical inspection);
- oxy-acetylene welding (price to be defined);
- charge of the refrigerant circuit for sections exceeding the precharged amount by the individual manufacturers as per their table (the price varies according to the quantity of the refrigerant gas).

4. BASIC INSTALLATION
Our "basic" installation includes works already included in the price. Below are the activities included in the "basic" installation and the interventions not included with the relative prices (costs do not include VAT):

- supply of suitable copper pipes, ducts and various fittings (included in the price);
- supply of copper pipes and conduits beyond the lengths foreseen in the above-mentioned price lists (€ 40 for each additional metre);
- creation of a through hole in clay or brick masonry up to a thickness of 400 mm (included in the price);
- creation of a through hole in reinforced concrete masonry (€ 75);
- supply of condensate drain pipes and electrical connection to an existing socket suitable for the absorption of the motor to be installed (included in the price);
- support brackets for the outdoor unit (starting from €45);
- anti-vibration support feet for the external unit (starting from € 25);
- vacuuming of the refrigerant lines with suction pump and system sealing check (included in the price);
- oxy-acetylene welding of the copper pipes (€ 20);
- additional charge beyond the manufacturer's pre-charge (€ 100 per kg or fraction thereof);
- washing of the refrigeration line to replace the refrigerant gas with a specific liquid (€ 50);
- scaffolding over 3 meters in length up to a maximum of 7 meters (€ 150);
- installation of the outdoor unit on the roof (price to be defined with a technical inspection);
- any other masonry, electrical and hydraulic works (price to be defined with a technical inspection).
