Generally all the products for sale on ShopClima.it are new and carefully packed before being shipped. The only products that are not new can be found in our outlet and have the following wordings: used, display, discounted.

How can I understand if a product is in stock?

How do I know if my order has been entered correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details and billing and delivery data. If you do not find the product you are looking for, it is likely that it is not immediately available in stock. Can I directly collect the products purchased from you?
Certain. If you prefer not to rely on an express courier, you can choose to collect the products ordered on Shopclima.it directly at our sales point in Milan in via Friuli 63 or at our headquarters in San Giuliano Milanese in via Monferrato 67. If I have chosen in-store collection, when can I pick up my order?

Can I specify a delivery address different from the billing address?
The quickest and most convenient way to buy is to register a personal account on Shopclima.it. Within your account you can in fact specify different billing and delivery addresses, as well as modify those already saved. In any case, even if you choose not to register, you can always indicate a delivery address other than the billing address when proceeding to checkout (cash).
Which courier makes the deliveries?
We currently rely on various express couriers for our shipments. Depending on whether the shipments are in Italy or abroad, we use the following couriers: FerCam, Bartolini, DPD, DHL, PosteItaliane, Cippà Trasporti and Sieber.
How long does it take for the ordered products to be delivered to me?
Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the products purchased. On each product page, availability is always clearly indicated. What can I do if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?

Our sales point in Milan in via Friuli 63 is open from Monday to Friday non-stop from 09:00 to 18:30 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00, while the San Giuliano Milanese branch in via Monferrato 67 from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:30.
What if I don't get any response to my email?
