Are the products on sale new?
Generally all products on sale on Shopclima.it are new and carefully packaged before being shipped. The only products that are not new you can find them in our Outlet and have the following words: used, displayed, unconditional.

What guarantee do the products have?

Can I collect the products purchased from you directly?
Sure. If you prefer not to rely on a courier, you can choose to pick up the products ordered on Shopclima.it directly at our store in Milan, Via Friuli 63. Find more information on the page dedicated to our in-store pick-up service.

If I chose to pick up the store, when can I pick up my order?
If you have chosen a direct collection at your Milan store, we will send you a communication via e-mail as soon as your order is ready and available for collection.

What are the shipping and delivery costs?

What is the courier making deliveries?
Currently we rely on the express courier Bartolini for all our shipments. International shipments to countries belonging to the European community can also be managed by DHL.

How long does it take for the ordered products to be delivered to me?
