In-Wall Hybrid compact built-in hybrid systems (Plug&Play type for which only the plumbing connection is required) represent the ideal solution for new real estate units to guarantee heating, cooling and domestic hot water (DHW) production: installation, in fact, requires only 35 cm for the depth of the cabinet to allow the installation in the perimeter wall. Furthermore, this system can be controlled via the Onecta - Residential Controller app or through voice commands via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
The In-Wall Hybrid systems include: Monobloc R32 heat pump (with single-phase or three-phase power supply from 9 to 16 kW), D2C combi boiler of 28 or 35 kW, 81-liter inertial storage (class C) for the production of DHW in instantaneous preheating that does not cause any problem of stagnation and proliferation of legionella (does not require an additional DHW expansion tank), inertial puffer of 15 liters, 2 separate outlets (hot/cold), hot/cold hydronic module, magnetic dirt separator filter and integrated electronics for hybrid operation.

Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its warehouse) or replace as soon as possible those parts or products that prove defective, provided that this does not depend on breakages or failures caused by incompetence or negligence of the customer, lack of maintenance, use outside the technical specifications or purposes of use, fortuitous events or major force.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.
The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
