Coated Copper Pipes for Monosplit Air Conditioning Systems

Purchasing copper pipes for your monosplit air conditioning system has never been easier. Just complete these simple steps:

STEP 1
Select the diameter (in inches) of the first coated copper tube and then choose its length (in meters);
STEP 2
Select the diameter (in inches) of the second coated copper tube and then choose its length (in meters);
STEP 3
Select the flare service, carried out by our installation technicians, with 2 unions prepared for each pipe (optional).

Available diameters are: 1/4" (0.250 mm), 3/8" (0.375 mm), 1/2" (0.500 mm), 5/8" (0.625 mm), 3/4" (0.750 mm) and 7/8" (0.875mm).

For purchases of lengths greater than 5 and 20 meters (for a single pipe), a 15% and 30% discount per cart.

The technical characteristics of our expanded polyethylene-coated copper pipes are as follows:

- Cu-DHP copper alloy 99.90 min
- Dimensions and tolerances according to UNI EN 12735-1
- Physical state annealed (R220)
- Total residue < 38 mg/m²
- Polished and mirrored internal surface
- Excellent corrosion resistance
- Suitable for R407C, R410A and R32 refrigerant gases.
- Expanded polyethylene (PE) covering
- Made according to the provisions of Law 10/91
- White color
- Insulation thickness approx. 7 - 9 mm
- Self-extinguishing fire resistance CL. 1
- Laser marking every meter
- Odorless and non-toxic without the use of CFCs
- Thermal conductivity at 40° C = < 0.040 W/m

ATTENTION: The maximum length available, for a single pipe, is 50 meters (maximum length of the coil).

TIP: to identify the diameter of the tube compatible with your air conditioning system, simply measure the diameter (in millimetres) of the two tubes positioned behind the internal unit, or you need to follow the instructions in the assembly instructions or identify the technical characteristics in the booklet supplied.
