Samsung's WindFree Première series heat pump outdoor units, which use the environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant, are equipped with an AI Twin Rotary compressor. Thanks to two rotors that rotate in opposite directions, they ensure low noise and minimal vibration. These condensing units also feature AI Energy technology, which can optimize compressor operation to achieve energy savings of up to 30% by learning user habits.
Samsung's WindFree Première series wall-mounted indoor units, available in two color variants: Essential White and Soapstone Charcoal, are equipped with a SolarCell remote control and integrated Wi-Fi for remote control and voice control via voice assistants such as Google Home and Alexa. Equipped with WindFree technology, which uses 21,000 micro-holes for gentle and uniform air diffusion without direct air jets, these air conditioners feature Motion Wind (a triple blade that offers up to 5 airflow control modes) and AI Comfort (a technology that automatically adjusts settings and temperatures based on user preferences). Other technologies that characterize these appliances include Dry Comfort and Freeze Wash: the first technology guarantees the dehumidification function without significantly altering the temperature, while the second ensures automatic deep cleaning by freezing the exchanger. Completing their features are the 4-in-1 filter (made with a coating that reduces the presence of bacteria, allergens, viruses, and fine dust) and the Easy Filter Plus (located on the outside, on the top, for easy extraction and cleaning).

Airclima Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its own warehouse) or replace as quickly as possible any parts or products found to be defective, provided that the defect is not due to damage or malfunction caused by the customer’s incompetence or negligence, lack of maintenance, use outside of the technical specifications or intended purpose, accidental events, or force majeure.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.
The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.
The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
