Samsung's WindFree Première+ series outdoor units, powered by eco-friendly R32 refrigerant, feature a heat pump with an AI Twin Rotary compressor. Thanks to two rotors that rotate in opposite directions, they significantly reduce noise and vibration. These units are equipped with AI Energy technology, which, by learning user habits, optimizes compressor operation to achieve energy savings of up to 30%.
Samsung's WindFree Première+ series wall-mounted indoor units, available in Essential White and Soapstone Charcoal finishes and all equipped with a SolarCell remote control, are equipped with built-in Wi-Fi for remote control and voice control via Google Home and Alexa. In addition to WindFree comfort (the technology that allows for gentle air diffusion thanks to 21,000 microholes), these air conditioners are equipped with AI Motion Wind and AI Comfort: both technologies leverage artificial intelligence and enable, respectively, automatic airflow adjustment via a radar sensor and automatic adjustment of settings and temperature based on user preferences. Also included are Dry Comfort and Freeze Wash technologies, which ensure dehumidification without significantly affecting temperature and automatic deep cleaning by freezing the exchanger. Completing the accessories are 4-in-1 filters, featuring a coating that captures pathogens and fine dust present in the air, and the Easy Filter Plus, located on the outside of the top, easy to remove and clean.

Airclima Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its own warehouse) or replace as quickly as possible any parts or products found to be defective, provided that the defect is not due to damage or malfunction caused by the customer’s incompetence or negligence, lack of maintenance, use outside of the technical specifications or intended purpose, accidental events, or force majeure.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.
The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.
The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
