ARIABOX DVM S is a heat pump air conditioning system designed to meet the needs of heating, cooling and air treatment in large rooms and industrial buildings.

The air conditioner is a split-system type and uses the most advanced technologies combined with an internal unit capable of reversing the tendency of hot air to stratify upwards, avoiding unnecessary waste and optimizing comfort.

The outdoor unit combines high performance and low energy consumption and, thanks to the Inverter compressor and the gas injection system, is able to increase efficiency up to 25% with low external temperatures compared to traditional VRF systems. Moreover, this system guarantees heat pump operation even with an outdoor temperature of -25°C.

The external unit, equipped with a Scroll Inverter compressor, guarantees energy efficiency (EER) and average seasonal efficiency (ESEER) values ​​of respectively 13% and 4% compared to the market average. Furthermore, the brazed plate heat exchanger (PHE) increases the exchange efficiency by 30% compared to the Shell & Tube models and by 50% compared to the double tube models. Furthermore, the card that controls the Invert on board the condensing unit is cooled using the refrigerant; in this way the cooling is more efficient than the classic natural convention.

ARIABOX DVM S is reliable even in the case of installations with long pipes and significant differences in height: thanks to the high quantity of oil and the low percentage of circulation, the system performs the oil recovery cycle in heating without having to reverse the cycle , maintaining the comfort inside the air-conditioned rooms.

Simplified management

The ARIABOX DVM S system is equipped with a self-diagnosis and self-start program that supervises the correctness of all operating parameters. Thanks to the WiFi system (optional), all operating data is stored and controlled directly on a smartphone or tablet. Thanks to the integrated self-starting system, the start-up time is reduced to just 50 minutes and the data is automatically archived. Finally, thanks to the self-diagnosis tool, the external unit monitors all operations and displays any operating errors, providing, in complete autonomy, the immediate resolution of the problem.

In case of error, however, the system keeps the record of the last 30 minutes of operation. The small inspection door, positioned on the front, allows easier maintenance and simplified system control.

Flexibility and high reliability

The fan of the outdoor unit has a high external static head of 78.45 Pa and therefore the machine can be installed in a technical room with a duct for expulsion of air and a grill for the recovery of outdoor air.

The ARIABOX DVM S outdoor unit is equipped with an innovative system capable of detecting the actual formation of ice on the battery: this avoids unnecessary defrosting. Compared to conventional systems, this system remains in heating mode for longer periods thus avoiding cycle inversions. This feature allows a considerable energy saving and guarantees an unchanged comfort in the environments.

During the winter season, snow may accumulate on the outdoor unit causing inevitable problems with correct operation. The "snow removal" function maximizes ventilation every 30 minutes preventing the accumulation of snow (with outside temperatures below 5°C).

Finally, through a setting on the electronic board (or through the DMS 2 web server) it is possible to reduce the absorption of the external motor up to 50% to control the peak power: the power reduction can be set to 11 different levels.

Possibility of channeling

The evaporating unit is designed for ducting. It can be connected to micro or macro induction channels, textile fiber channels, steel channels or sandwich panels designed and customized for every environment and need.
