Choosing a multisplit system is highly advantageous as it allows for the connection of multiple indoor units (from a minimum of 2 up to 5) to a single outdoor unit. With its multisplit range, Samsung offers a wide selection of wall-mounted, console, ducted, and cassette indoor units.
Samsung multisplit outdoor units, equipped with a display for simplified error code reading, guarantee energy efficiency up to class A+++ in cooling and up to class A++ in heating, thanks to the Twin Rotary compressor and the eco-friendly R32 refrigerant.
The Essential White wall-mounted units from Samsung's WindFree Première series - equipped with a SolarCell remote control and integrated Wi-Fi for remote and voice control via Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa - feature WindFree technology. This technology utilizes 21,000 micro-holes on the front surface for a gentle and uniform air dispersion without direct drafts. These extremely quiet air conditioners (only 16 dBA) are equipped with Motion Wind (a triple blade with micro-holes offering up to 5 airflow control modes), AI Comfort (a technology that automatically sets settings and temperature based on user preferences), Dry Comfort technology (dehumidification without significantly affecting the temperature), and Freeze Wash (automatic deep cleaning by freezing the heat exchanger). The equipment is completed by the 4-in-1 filter (made with a coating that reduces bacteria, allergens, viruses, and fine dust) and the Easy Filter Plus (located externally on the top for simplified removal and cleaning).

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.
The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.
The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
