Samsung EHS Quint systems, which combine heat pumps with ClimateHub S2 hydronic modules featuring an integrated storage tank, provide heating, cooling, and domestic hot water (DHW) production.
The heat pumps combine the advantages of hydronic (air-to-water) and direct expansion (air-to-air) systems into a single outdoor unit, offering maximum flexibility for climate control and DHW production. These units are perfectly suited for both radiant underfloor systems and low-temperature radiators, managing different environment and hot water setpoint requirements in parallel thanks to dual-temperature control and heat recovery functionality. Equipped with a BLDC Twin Rotary compressor and available in single-phase or three-phase power supply, these units deliver 100% capacity at outdoor temperatures down to -10°C and operate continuously down to -25°C. System safety is ensured by an onboard shut-off valve, essential for refrigerant recovery and safety isolation in case of leaks.
ClimateHub S2 hydronic modules, featuring a sleek, compact design (600x600 mm footprint), integrate a 200-liter stainless steel domestic hot water (DHW) tank that ensures maximum hygiene and high corrosion resistance. The complete hydraulic equipment includes a circulating pump, magnetic filter, heating expansion vessel, safety valve, air vent valve, diverter valve, and flow sensor. System management is handled by the advanced 7" remotable AI Home Touch controller with built-in Wi-Fi. To guarantee continuous service and reliable winter performance, these units include an integrated modulating backup heater (2 to 6 kW), while the advanced Smart Buffer logic significantly boosts overall system efficiency. The system offers broad operational flexibility, delivering water flow temperatures from 15 to 65 °C in heating and 5 to 25 °C in cooling, supporting both single-phase and three-phase power supplies.

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.
The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.
The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
