SAMSUNG AE050CXYBEK/EU + MWR-WW10N EHS Mono System in R290 Heat Pump to be Combined with DHW Storage - 5.0 kW Single-Phase
Samsung EHS Mono R290 system with 5.0 kW single-phase power supply composed of the AE050CXYBEK/EU high temperature air/water heat pump with integrated pump and the MWR-WW10N wall control.
ATTENTION: to complete the EHS Mono R290 system it is mandatory to combine one of the DHW tanks (200, 300 or 500 litres).
CUSTOM OPTIONS
The outdoor units of the EHS Mono series with R290 natural refrigerant gas are able to guarantee heating, cooling and the production of domestic hot water (DHW) with a water flow temperature of up to 75°C. The EHS Mono R290 series allows the management of dual temperatures (DHW and heating) and delivers 100% of its performance down to an external temperature of -10°C (external operation is guaranteed down to -25°C). These units, equipped with fans with a new profile and the patented Groove Grid Felt technology, are extremely silent and high-performance thanks also to the increased exchange surfaces. The equipment of these air/water heat pumps is completed by the integrated control kit and Wi-Fi module, the integrated circulation pump and expansion vessel, and communication with the "Nasa" protocol.
ATTENTION. The outdoor unit of the EHS Mono R290 series must be combined with one of the following accumulations (purchase is mandatory):
- ACL-200WF > Domestic hot water storage tank (capacity 196 litres);
- ACL-300WF > Domestic hot water storage tank (capacity 273 litres);
- ACL-500WF > Domestic hot water storage tank (capacity 475 litres).

Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its warehouse) or replace as soon as possible those parts or products that prove defective, provided that this does not depend on breakages or failures caused by incompetence or negligence of the customer, lack of maintenance, use outside the technical specifications or purposes of use, fortuitous events or major force.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.
The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
