The Aquarea Generation K series from Panasonic represents a revolution in terms of efficiency, design, connectivity and sustainability: in fact, it is an innovative system with low energy consumption, ideal for new installations and for well-insulated houses. Among the fundamental characteristics of this series there is the high insulation of the tank (thanks to the U-Vacua technology), the exclusive structure that reduces noise and the high energy efficiency for heating and the production of domestic hot water (with values of COP up to 3.6).
In addition, the (optional) Wi-Fi adapter can be easily connected to the new front panel, thus ensuring intuitive and flexible connectivity. Maintenance of the Aquarea Generation K series is simplified thanks to the pre-installed magnetic filter and easy access to the hydraulic components.
ATTENTION: to complete the purchase it is necessary to select the CZ-RTW1 remote control.

Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its warehouse) or replace as soon as possible those parts or products that prove defective, provided that this does not depend on breakages or failures caused by incompetence or negligence of the customer, lack of maintenance, use outside the technical specifications or purposes of use, fortuitous events or major force.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.
The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
