Panasonic's TZ series monosplit kits, available in various sizes with nominal outputs from 2.0 to 7.1 kW, are designed to ensure maximum comfort and high efficiency. The outdoor units can provide heating operation with outdoor temperatures as low as -15°C: their air-to-air heat pump technology ensures reasonable efficiency throughout the year, achieving SEER and SCOP values up to energy class A++.

The Panasonic TZ series wall-mounted indoor units, characterized by compact dimensions (only 765 mm wide for the 5.0 kW model) and ultra-quiet operation (just 20 dB), feature integrated Nanoe™ X Mark 2 technology: this technology releases up to 9.6 trillion hydroxyl radicals per second to inhibit air pollutants and purify the air. Other features of this series include an ergonomic remote control with an intuitive layout and sliding door, the Aerowings function, and "shower mode" cooling. The first function uses two fins to concentrate the airflow for rapid and even distribution, while the second directs the airflow toward the ceiling to avoid direct exposure to cold drafts. The package also includes a built-in Wi-Fi interface compatible with the Comfort Cloud app, a platform designed by Panasonic to easily manage all system functions with a smart device, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa.

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.

The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.

The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
