Panasonic's Free Multi Z series outdoor units, which use the environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant, are characterized by flexibility and high energy efficiency, with SEER and SCOP values reaching energy classes A+++ and A++, respectively.
Panasonic's Etherea series wall-mounted air conditioners are equipped with Nanoe™ X (Mark 3) technology for unparalleled air quality: by releasing up to 48 trillion hydroxyl radicals per second, this technology can purify the air by inhibiting up to 99% of bacteria, viruses, allergens, and mold. The Etherea series, compatible with the Comfort Cloud app and Google Assistant and Alexa voice assistants, also features the new AI ECO mode, for up to 20% increased energy savings in cooling mode. The features are completed by an easy-to-use wireless control and the Aerowings 2.0 function, which concentrates the airflow to cool the room in the shortest possible time.

Airclima Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its own warehouse) or replace as quickly as possible any parts or products found to be defective, provided that the defect is not due to damage or malfunction caused by the customer’s incompetence or negligence, lack of maintenance, use outside of the technical specifications or intended purpose, accidental events, or force majeure.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.
The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.
The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
