Choosing a multi-split system is highly advantageous because it allows you to have a single outdoor unit for multiple indoor units (from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 splits). With the Free Multi Z range, Panasonic offers the best solution for every project in terms of total capacity, individual indoor unit capacity, size, performance, and quiet operation.
The Panasonic Free Multi Z series outdoor units, which use the environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant, are characterized by flexibility and high energy efficiency, with SEER and SCOP values reaching energy classes A+++ and A++, respectively.
Panasonic's super-compact wall-mounted TZ units, featuring compact dimensions (just 765 mm wide up to the 5.0 kW model) and ultra-quiet operation (just 20 dB), are equipped with Nanoe™ X (Mark 2) technology, which releases hydroxyl radicals to inhibit pollutants (mold, bacteria, allergens, and viruses) in the environment, purifying the air. They also include a remote control with an intuitive layout and sliding door, the Aerowings function for faster air distribution, and "shower mode" cooling that avoids direct exposure to cold air currents. The equipment is completed by the integrated Wi-Fi interface compatible with the Comfort Cloud app for managing the air conditioning system with a smartphone, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa.

Airclima Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its own warehouse) or replace as quickly as possible any parts or products found to be defective, provided that the defect is not due to damage or malfunction caused by the customer’s incompetence or negligence, lack of maintenance, use outside of the technical specifications or intended purpose, accidental events, or force majeure.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.
The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.
The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
