It is guaranteed by the Nanoe ™ X Mark 1 technology which, exploiting the benefits of the oxidrilic radicals, acts improving the quality of the air by deodorizing it and inhibiting bacteria, viruses, molds, allergens, pollen and dangerous substances.
Smart control
The TZ Supercompatte indoor units, thanks to the integrated Wi-Fi for immediate connectivity, can be controlled both via smartphone with Panasonic Comfort Cloud App and with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
Design
The compact measures, with only 779 mm width (up to the 5.0 kW size), and the minimal and sober design facilitate installation in any environment, even in the most narrow spaces.
High comfort
The TZ Supercompatte units have the Aerowings system, to control the direction of the air flow, and the Super Quiet mode that guarantees a sound level of only 20 dB(A).

Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its warehouse) or replace as soon as possible those parts or products that prove defective, provided that this does not depend on breakages or failures caused by incompetence or negligence of the customer, lack of maintenance, use outside the technical specifications or purposes of use, fortuitous events or major force.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.
The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
