The Aquarea High Performance M Generation air-to-water heat pumps, with R290 refrigerant, represent an innovative system for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water (DHW) production with zero carbon emissions. Thanks to the natural refrigerant gas R290, whose Global Warming Potential (GWP) is 0.02, environmental impact and CO2 emissions are virtually zero.
The Panasonic Aquarea High Performance M Generation, despite its low noise level of just 27 dB(A) at 5 meters, thanks to its reliable and high-performance compressor, can operate without backup heating down to an ambient temperature of -28°C and can therefore be integrated into existing radiators with a water flow temperature of up to 75°C at an outside temperature of -15°C. At an outside temperature of -28°C, however, it can provide hot water at 55°C. At these high temperatures, which can be achieved even without an electric heater, the heat pump sterilizes the tank. This ensures that the domestic hot water (DHW) produced complies with the European Directive on the quality of water intended for human consumption.
The hydronic modules, with 120-, 185-, and 260-liter stainless steel domestic hot water (DHW) storage tanks with U-Vacua™ insulation panels, are equipped with a control panel and integrated Wi-Fi adapter.
The Aquarea High Performance M Generation split systems with DHW storage consist of a direct expansion air-to-water heat pump and a floor-standing hydronic module with storage tank. Specifically, a split system can be composed of the outdoor units optimized for heating and the indoor units listed below:

- WH-ADC0916M3E52 Aquarea High Performance M Generation indoor unit with a 3.0 kW heating element and a 185-liter DHW tank for managing one zone;
- WH-ADC0916M6E52 Aquarea High Performance M Generation indoor unit with a 6.0 kW heating element and a 185-liter DHW tank for managing one zone;
- WH-ADC0916M3E53 Aquarea High Performance M Generation indoor unit with 3.0 kW heating element and 260 L DHW tank for managing one zone;

Airclima Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its own warehouse) or replace as quickly as possible any parts or products found to be defective, provided that the defect is not due to damage or malfunction caused by the customer’s incompetence or negligence, lack of maintenance, use outside of the technical specifications or intended purpose, accidental events, or force majeure.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.
The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.
The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
