The Ecodan Multi PXZ systems guarantee water heating and domestic hot water production (DHW), thanks to the air-water hydronic modules, and both heating and cooling of the air through the air-air evaporating units. These systems reach high SEER and SCOP values: in fact they reach energy class A+++ in cooling, class A++ in heating and class A+ in the production of DHW.
Ecodan Multi PXZ outdoor units connect to Ecodan HydroBox and HydroTank hydronic modules, with 1 dedicated port, and to residential and commercial series evaporating units (PEAD-M and PCA-M) for which 3 or 4 ports are reserved.
The air conditioners of the MSZ-AP series, characterized by ultra-compact dimensions, are equipped with the Night Mode function with which it is possible to reach a sound emission of only 19 dB (for the 2.5 and 3.5 kW sizes). In sizes from 2.5 to 5.0 kW, thanks to the louver, it is possible to direct the air flow to achieve maximum comfort in each operating mode. While, on all sizes, there is the MELCloud interface which, thanks to the dedicated App, allows you to monitor the energy consumption of the connected units. Finally, thanks to the air purifying filter it is possible to remove both dust and bad smells, while, for the 2.5 kW to 5.0 kW versions, there is also an optional silver ion filter which purifies the air from bacteria , pollen and other allergens.
The HydroBox S or HydroTank S hydronic modules, with 2 kW Booster Heater, heat the water and produce domestic hot water (only with HydroTank S modules).

Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its warehouse) or replace as soon as possible those parts or products that prove defective, provided that this does not depend on breakages or failures caused by incompetence or negligence of the customer, lack of maintenance, use outside the technical specifications or purposes of use, fortuitous events or major force.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.
The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
