The MXZ-F condensers, whose efficiency is significantly increased thanks to a careful design and the introduction of the R32 refrigerant gas, reach the energy class A+++ in cooling and A++ in heating. Furthermore, these units reach an operating silence level of up to 4 dB(A) compared to the previous model in cooling mode and up to 3 dB(A) in heating mode: among other things, by setting the automatic noise reduction mode, it is possible to automatically decrease the noise of the outdoor unit when the internal loads to be satisfied are reduced, such as during night cooling.
The evaporators of the M series MSZ-BT are characterized by energy efficiency, simplicity and silence. The clean and linear design makes this series suitable for any application (homes, offices or small businesses. Operating economy is another great advantage: the splits of this series reach class A++ both in cooling and in heating. The sound emission is only 19 dB(A) thus ensuring maximum acoustic comfort. Finally, this series offers the experience of using MELCloud to allow the user to remotely manage, thanks to the Wi-Fi controller, all the functions of the air conditioner.

Airclima Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its own warehouse) or replace as quickly as possible any parts or products found to be defective, provided that the defect is not due to damage or malfunction caused by the customer’s incompetence or negligence, lack of maintenance, use outside of the technical specifications or intended purpose, accidental events, or force majeure.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.
The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.
The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
