The MXZ-F condensers, whose efficiency is significantly increased thanks to a careful design and the introduction of the R32 refrigerant gas, reach the energy class A+++ in cooling and A++ in heating. Furthermore, these units reach an operating silence level of up to 4dB(A) compared to the previous model in cooling mode and up to 3dB(A) in heating mode: among other things, by setting the automatic noise reduction mode, it is possible to automatically decrease the noise of the outdoor unit when the internal loads to be satisfied are reduced, such as during night cooling.
The evaporators of the Kirigamine Zen MSZ-EF series, characterized by a design of impeccable elegance, are equipped with a backlit remote control and the Wi-Fi card to offer the user experience of the MELCloud that allows the user to remotely manage all the functions of the air conditioner. The operating economy is the great advantage of this series of air conditioners: in fact, SEER and SCOP values (seasonal efficiency indexes) are reached which allow to reach class A+++ in cooling and Class A++ in heating. Finally, thanks to the supplied silver ion air purifying filter, the split is able to guarantee cleaner and healthier air.

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.
The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.
The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
