The indoor units of the Mitsubishi Electric Smart MSZ-HR line, characterized by compact dimensions and neutral colors, are perfect for small spaces with modern furnishings. Energy efficiency is the great advantage of Mitsubishi Electric air conditioners: thanks to the careful design of all components and the use of cutting-edge technologies, energy performance reaches exceptional levels even on a seasonal basis. Specifically, this series achieves SEER and SCOP (seasonal efficiency ratings) values that allow it to achieve values exceeding the A++ and A+ energy classes for cooling and heating, respectively.
These particularly quiet units are very compact (for sizes with outputs from 2.5 to 5.0 kW), allowing them to be installed even in spaces with limited space. Equipped with an infrared remote control with a 12-hour timer, these evaporative units are Wi-Fi ready. After installing the dedicated interface, the unit can be controlled via the MelCloud Home app or voice assistants such as Alexa and Google Assistant.

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.
The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.
The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
