MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC MEHP-IB15V2 Reversible R32 Heat Pump with Air Source and Variable Speed Compressors - 15.0 kW Single-Phase

Mitsubishi Electric's MEHP-iB-G07 reversible heat pumps, with air source and range from 7 to 40 kW, are equipped with a variable speed compressor and R32 refrigerant and are able to meet the demands of small-medium size residential and commercial applications making it a valid alternative to classic gas or fuel heating systems.

The MEHP-iB-G07 range is equipped with: Twin Rotary or Scroll variable speed compressors (Inverter Driven), high efficiency EC fans and electronic expansion valve in addition to the integrated hydronic module which includes a pump with variable flow EC motor, expansion vessel and flow switch. These units, which allow Plug&Play type installation, adapt to different load conditions thanks to the precise temperature control, also obtained thanks to the use of Inverter technology in all its components, while guaranteeing high levels of energy efficiency both at full load and partial loads. The SCOP values allow you to reach the A+++ (SCOP 35°C) and A++ (SCOP 55°C) energy class.

The entire series uses the W3000+ control software which is able to integrate different energy sources based on availability, performance and costs of use, always favoring renewable sources: the auxiliary sources, in fact, are used only to achieve any requests from the building with low external temperatures. In addition, the optional Kiplink device enables local and remote monitoring function.

Thanks to the "Master/Client" function, it is possible to connect up to 4 heat pumps in cascade. Here are the details:
- no additional hardware is required except for the 2-probe kit;
- from 2 to 4 heat pumps of the same size for a total power of up to 160 kWf;
- possibility of enabling one or all heat pumps for ACS (it is not possible to set an intermediate value); in this case, the 3-way valves must also be purchased and, for each heat pump used to produce ACS, 2 3-way valves for ACS;
- power modulation is "saturation" (when the first unit reaches 100% of the power, the next one starts working);
- during operation in ACS production, the other heat pumps will continue to operate in the previous mode (this does not happen with Ecodan units);
- with cascade systems with heat pumps of different power, it is necessary to purchase the HMI-M remote control, while with heat pumps of the same power there is no need;
- with the "Master/Client" mode in operation it is not possible to enable the dynamic Set Point, the 4-20 mA auxiliary input, the 2-zone control with double Set Point and the SG Ready function.

ATTENTION: in the case of cascade systems, the configuration and start-up service is mandatory. It will therefore be necessary to purchase a start-up and a kit of 2 ACS probes + Buffer Tank for each heat pump.
