MELCloud is the new Wi-Fi control that, through the "Cloud" (to transmit and receive information) and the dedicated Wi-Fi interface (MAC-587IF-E), allows you to control the Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning system from any placed via PC, tablet or smartphone: in fact, all you need is an internet connection.

The MELCloud can also be controlled by voice, thanks to the compatibility with the Google Home and Amazon Alexa voice assistants. The MELCloud service, in fact, was created to have maximum compatibility with PC, Tablet and Smartphone thanks to dedicated Apps or via Web Browser.

How do you register on the system?

To activate the MELCloud service it is necessary to proceed with system registration and, once the interface is connected to the indoor unit and coupled to the router, it is possible to proceed with the registration of the system itself. To activate the Wi-Fi control, therefore, just go to the website www.melcloud.com, register as a user and register the interface used: only from this moment on will it be possible to exploit all the potential of the MELCloud service and manage your air conditioner. or your own ECODAN heat pump from anywhere via the internet.
