Mitsubishi Electric Wi-Fi Card MAC-567IF-E that allows the management of the units internally directly from the Smartphone, from the Tablet or from the PC (it will be enough to have an internet connection).

ATTENTION: To be able to use the Wi Fi interface it is sufficient to download the APP on the Mitsubishi Electric official MELCloud website.

Once the application is installed on your phone, tablet or PC, you will have complete control of the unit remotely. It is also possible to define a "master" user and users with partial possibilities. The application is also able to provide additional information such as local weather and details regarding technical support for the customer.

MELCLOUD REGISTRATION SYSTEM
To activate the service, just register the system, which is only possible once the interface has been correctly connected to the internal unit. Subsequently, to activate the remote control (Wi-Fi) simply register as a user on the site www.melcloud.com, and register the interface used in the same way.

ELEMENTS OF THE SYSTEM

Control is possible through the use of a specific app that can be installed on a smartphone, tablet or PC.
The operating systems supported by Mitsubishi Electric's MelCloud technology are the following: Microsoft Windows 8, Apple iOS / OS X, Android, BlackBerry 10.

Access to MelCloud is really simple and can be done in two ways:

Through a dedicated app for smartphones and tablets (also available on Apple Store, Google Play and Windows Store);
Through the main browsers (for smartphone, tablet or PC).

ACCESS POINT / ROUTER (WPS)
The router must necessarily have the WPS button. The allowed communication protocols are WPA2-AES or WPA2 Mixed Mode.

INTERFACCIA WI-FI (MAC-567IF-E)
Important: an interface is required for each individual indoor unit that you want to manage through MelCloud.

Airclima Elettrodomex Srl guarantees the high quality of the products sold on Shopclima.it and is responsible to the consumer for any lack of conformity (excluding transport damage not reported to the carrier) existing at the time of delivery of the goods. Airclima Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its own warehouse) or replace as quickly as possible any parts or products found to be defective, provided that the defect is not due to damage or malfunction caused by the customer’s incompetence or negligence, lack of maintenance, use outside of the technical specifications or intended purpose, accidental events, or force majeure.

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.

The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.

The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
