Composing your Daikin set with Tightfit joints (standard and/or asymmetrical) and REFNET manifolds (2 and/or 3 pipes), to couple the refrigerant pipes without brazing, has never been so simple:

1. Choose and select the "standard" Tightfit joint in the size (indicating the quantity) that is right for you
2. Choose and select the "asymmetric" Tightfit joint in the size (indicating the quantity) that is right for you
3. Choose and select the type and quantity of REFNET manifold you need
4. Select the marking template for even easier installation

The tightfit, which guarantees a leak-free seal, is a refrigerant pipe fitting that requires no brazing or special tools. Tightfit fittings, characterized by a double edge jaw that blocks the pipe ensuring a watertight seal, are extremely robust and are available in 2 types (standard or asymmetrical).

Daikin's Tightfit joint has been awarded a 3 Ticks Excellent Rating from the Singapore Green Building Product Programme (SGBP). The SGBP is a certification for green building products that integrate sustainability into the design and construction phases of "green" buildings.

The REFNET manifolds, to which it is possible to directly connect the Tightfit joints, are available in versions for 2 and 3 pipes.

Finally, the marking template is the new measuring tool necessary to precisely match the Tightfit joints and the REFNET manifolds.

Installing the Tightfit joints is very simple and only takes 4 steps (you can consult images STEP 1/2/3/4).

1. Input line marking
First, mark the standard "T" or "L" insertion line with the marking template with a marker in the correct location for each pipe size.
2. Insertion of the tubing
Subsequently, the pipe must be inserted firmly by hand until it stops, making sure that the standard insertion line is no longer visible.
3. Locking the nut
Once this is done, it is necessary to support the main body and tighten the nut manually and then with a wrench until the green indicator disappears: only in this way does the nut come into contact with the flat surface of the body.
4. Check
To make sure you have installed the joint impeccably, it is necessary that the green indicator is hidden or that the "L" shaped mark must fall within the notch: to carry out this check simply place the marking template on the end surface of the nut and make sure that the mark fits completely into the notch on the template.

Airclima Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its own warehouse) or replace as quickly as possible any parts or products found to be defective, provided that the defect is not due to damage or malfunction caused by the customer’s incompetence or negligence, lack of maintenance, use outside of the technical specifications or intended purpose, accidental events, or force majeure.

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.

The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.

The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
