Daikin Monoblock Roof Top FC3S version with 3 Dampers UATYQ65AFC3Y1, 63, 5 kW. This monoblock guarantees up to 100% cooling of the flow rate and the immission of the renewal air while, for the expulsion of exhausted air, an extractor is required.

This roof top series is equipped with integrated high efficiency fans in compliance with CE standards that, controlled by the Inverter system, guarantee a static pressure up to 300 Pa and also do not require maintenance. It is also characterized by a standard flexible air distribution thanks to the possibility of choosing up to 4 sides (front, left, right, bottom). The pCO ⁵controller of last generation, moreover, allows the direct integration through the Daikin Intelligent Touch Mangaer BMS (through the optional BACnet protocol). Among other things, this series is equipped with standard alarm that is activated when it is necessary to clean a filter, thus ensuring a better quality and efficiency of the internal air. Finally, the aluminum fins are all covered with hydrophilic material both on the inside and outside.

Specifically, the FC3S versions with 3 dampers are distinguished by the air intake and expulsion capacity. Thanks to the integrated extraction damper, excessive overpressure in the building is eliminated and, in models from size 45 to 115, a high efficiency fan is included for optimal air circulation in buildings with greater volume. Finally, these machines save energy by recovering the residual heat through the external heat exchanger that is available in models from size 20 to 55.

Airclima Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its own warehouse) or replace as quickly as possible any parts or products found to be defective, provided that the defect is not due to damage or malfunction caused by the customer’s incompetence or negligence, lack of maintenance, use outside of the technical specifications or intended purpose, accidental events, or force majeure.

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.

The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.

The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
