The Bi-Bloc R32 split air-water system, consisting of an outdoor unit and an internal wall unit with the possibility of connecting a domestic hot water storage (300 or 500 liters), provides heating, cooling and domestic hot water production (DHW) very high efficiency. With a power range from 4 to 8 kW, this system guarantees high efficiency for all applications thanks to the delivery temperature up to 65°C (suitable for underfloor heating and if radiators are used) and with a operating range up to -25°C ambient for reliable operation even in the harshest climates.
Bi-Bloc R32, the first residential water heating system that uses R32 gas, reaches the energy class A+++ thanks to its high seasonal efficiency.
Equipped with all the hydraulic components necessary for installation (high efficiency circulator, dirt separator filter with deaeration system and by-pass valve), this system is characterized by a simplified maintenance since the electronic board and all the hydraulic components are accessible from the front.
Can be controlled remotely and monitored via the App, the indoor unit is equipped with the innovative "New MMI" control panel with a new modern design with a wizard for quick configuration and an intuitive and easy-to-understand menu.
Finally, Bi-Bloc R32 is equipped with the Smart Grid function for maximum integration with the photovoltaic system.

Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its warehouse) or replace as soon as possible those parts or products that prove defective, provided that this does not depend on breakages or failures caused by incompetence or negligence of the customer, lack of maintenance, use outside the technical specifications or purposes of use, fortuitous events or major force.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.
The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
