The Altherma 3 R MT W Bi-Bloc R32 Top Grade MT hydrosplit air/water systems, composed of an outdoor unit and an indoor wall-mounted unit (to which it is possible to connect a 300 or 500 liter domestic hot water storage tank), are capable of guaranteeing extremely high efficiency heating, cooling and domestic hot water (DHW) production. These systems, suitable for all applications thanks to a delivery temperature of 65°C down to -15°C externally, achieve very high seasonal efficiency in heating (energy class A+++) and have an operating range of up to -25°C environment which makes them reliable even in the harshest climates.
The units that make up this line, characterized by a modern and innovative design and unrivaled silence (35 dBA), are simple to install thanks to their reduced overall dimensions. All the hydraulic components are included in the devices (high efficiency circulator, dirt separator filter with deaeration system and by-pass valve) and their maintenance is very simple as the board and the hydraulic components are accessible from the front. The equipment of these units is completed by the innovative MMI control panel (with intuitive menu) and the WLAN card for remote control and monitoring via App.
The Top Grade MT Bi-Bloc series is also very eco-sustainable from the point of view of energy consumption: not only does it use the ecological R32 refrigerant gas with low GWP, it is also designed for connection to an emptying or pressurized solar thermal system (version BIV).

Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its warehouse) or replace as soon as possible those parts or products that prove defective, provided that this does not depend on breakages or failures caused by incompetence or negligence of the customer, lack of maintenance, use outside the technical specifications or purposes of use, fortuitous events or major force.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.
The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
