The indoor split air-water heat pumps, for heating and cooling, are equipped with a hydraulic system with a high-efficiency pump, diverter valves (with integrated return temperature limitation for use with a solar system), safety module with pressure gauge electronic and safety valve, flow sensor and fill/drain taps. The new elegant and intuitive MMI control unit completes the equipment.
The tank, which does not require maintenance as no corrosion, incrustations and deposits of limescale or bacteria can form, guarantees minimal heat loss thanks to the high quality insulation. Furthermore, the water inside does not require thermal disinfection against legionella.
In the units that can be used with solar systems (BIV versions) for domestic hot water (DHW) there is the maximum use of renewable energy: specifically, the heat pump technology is used for heating while the solar integration for space heating and for the production of domestic hot water (DHW).
This product is compatible with the Onecta App which allows you to control the internal climate from anywhere via smartphone or tablet.

Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its warehouse) or replace as soon as possible those parts or products that prove defective, provided that this does not depend on breakages or failures caused by incompetence or negligence of the customer, lack of maintenance, use outside the technical specifications or purposes of use, fortuitous events or major force.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.
The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
