On this page you can configure your solar plant with Atlantic ACV HELIO Plan 2.0 collectors.
Solar systems can be sized according to the members of a family that will benefit from them. Therefore the advice is to follow the following tips:
- 2/3 people > 1x Helio Plan 2.0 flat solar collector + 1x 200 liter Smart ME 200 Kettle;
- 3/4 people > 2x Helio Plan 2.0 flat solar collectors + 1x 300 liter Smart ME 300 Kettle;
- 4/5 people > 3x Helio Plan 2.0 flat solar collectors + 1x 400 liter Smart ME 400 Kettle;
- 6/8 people > 4x Helio Plan 2.0 flat solar collectors + 1x 600 liter Smart ME 600 Kettle.
Helio Plan 2.0 flat solar collectors, for vertical and horizontal installations, are equipped with a 3.2 mm thick tempered solar glass cover: inside there is a highly selective aluminum absorber and an aluminum containment tank. with anodized aluminum profiles and EPDM rubber gaskets with galvanized corner joints. Thermal insulation is guaranteed by a 40 mm thickness of high density rock wool. With a total surface area of 2.02 m2 and a net absorbent of 1.84 m2, the solar panels are easy to install thanks to the various complete mounting kits.
The operation of the collector is guaranteed for 10 years thanks to the high quality of the construction materials and the construction know-how confirmed by tests certified in accordance with EN 12975.
It is also important to keep in mind that the hydraulic connection kits allow for simple installation by connecting up to 6 collectors in series. In the case of more than 6 units, the collectors are connected together as a combination of series and in parallel. As for the bracket kits, the high-quality, weather-resistant mounting profiles are arranged from left to right.

Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its warehouse) or replace as soon as possible those parts or products that prove defective, provided that this does not depend on breakages or failures caused by incompetence or negligence of the customer, lack of maintenance, use outside the technical specifications or purposes of use, fortuitous events or major force.
The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users), therefore any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it is manifested is 2 months.
The lack of conformity can be found for malfunction, manufacturing defect, discrepancy between what was sold and what was received by the Customer
The warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects or faults not found or found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in compliance with their destination and as required by any technical documents. The warranty will not be applied in case of negligence and carelessness from the customer, as well as mechanical or electronic changes not prescribed by the manufacturer.
