Airclima Elettrodomex Srl undertakes, during the warranty period specified below, to repair (at its own warehouse) or replace as quickly as possible any parts or products found to be defective, provided that the defect is not due to damage or malfunction caused by the customer’s incompetence or negligence, lack of maintenance, use outside of the technical specifications or intended purpose, accidental events, or force majeure.

The warranty period is 24 months from the invoice date (12 months for professional buyers and users); therefore, any lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase (12 months for professional buyers and users). The defect must be reported within 2 months from the moment it becomes apparent.

The lack of conformity may result from malfunction or manufacturing defect.

The warranty applies to products that present defects of conformity or hidden defects found at the time of purchase, provided they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose and any technical documentation. The warranty does not apply in cases of customer negligence or improper care, as well as in the event of mechanical or electronic modifications.
